Hello my friends!!
I wanted to hop in here today to invite you to join my free Facebook group that I am revitalizing as I work on some NEW things for Prepped Girl.
Prepped Girl started as a local meal prep company over 4 years ago dedicated to helping women change their lives by changing the food they put on their plates.
I enjoyed this phase of my business, but I always felt limited in the number of people I could help since I only serviced local customers.
As some you may know, I pushed pause on the meal prep service part of Prepped Girl this June when I decided to jump at the chance to live life traveling the country with my husband in our new-to-us Class A motorhome (if you haven’t heard that story, I’d be more than happy to share that with you! lol!).
I am still very passionate about changing our lives by changing the food we eat (working on becoming a Whole30 certified coach!!!!), but I also believe that our best lives only start with food.
I 1000000% believe we also need to intentionally move our bodies (fitness) AND to develop our mindsets (taking control of our thoughts).
It’s like a trifecta of sorts!
I want Prepped Girl (meaning me, Karen Durbin) to help people in all three of those areas.
This Facebook group that I am inviting you to join started in the early days of COVID when we were all home because I saw people yearning for connection (myself included) and looking for food to eat.
Now that life has opened up and Prepped Girl’s mission has evolved, I am pivoting the focus of this free group from just food and recipes to food/recipes, fitness/movement, and mindset matters.
If you would like inspiration/motivation/encouragement/useful stuff so you can live your best life, come hang out with me!
It will be fun and (hopefully!) life changing for all of us!
